What is RaGa Wear?

RaGa Wear is a premium print-on-demand apparel brand built around purpose, discipline, and identity. Every piece is made-to-order—no mass production, no excess.


Why are your items made-to-order?

Because we don’t believe in waste. Each item is created specifically for you after purchase, which ensures quality and eliminates overproduction.


Orders & Shipping


How long does it take to receive my order?

Orders are typically:

  • Processed: 2–5 business days
  • Shipped: 5–10 business days (varies by location)

You’ll receive tracking once your item ships.


Why does it take longer than typical retail brands?

Because your item doesn’t exist until you order it. We prioritize quality and intentional production over speed.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Shipping times vary depending on your location and customs processing.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges (READ THIS BEFORE BUYING)


Do you accept returns?

No. We do not accept physical returns.


Then how do refunds work?

We use a donation-based refund system - (review the return policy).

If your request is approved:

  1. You donate the item 
  2. Provide proof (photo + timestamp + receipt if available)
  3. We process your refund within 5 days of approval

Why require donation?

Because unused items should serve a purpose, not sit in a warehouse or landfill. This is part of what makes RaGa Wear different.


How long do I have to request a refund?

You have 3 days from receipt of delivery.

After that, requests are not eligible.


What qualifies for a refund?

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In original condition with tags
  • In original packaging
  • Backed by valid proof of purchase; screen shot of bank or VISA statement with the exact amount or screen shot of confirmation shipment email

What if I just don’t like the item?

You can still request a refund within 3 days, but approval is required and donation conditions apply.


What if my item is damaged or wrong?

We’ll fix it—fast.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo, and we’ll resolve it with a replacement or refund.


Do you offer exchanges?

Depends on the exact reason but generally no, not directly.

To exchange:

  1. Request approval with explanation of exchange request within 3 days of receipt of item
  2. If approved: Donate the original item and provide proof
  3. Place a new order

Are shipping fees refundable?

No. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Product Expectations


Will the item look exactly like the photo?

We aim for accuracy, but slight differences may occur due to:

  • Screen color variations
  • Print placement
  • Production process

What about sizing?

Please review the size chart carefully before ordering.

Because items are made-to-order, we cannot accept returns for sizing issues.


Payments & Security


Is my payment information secure?

Yes. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment providers.

We do not store your full payment details.


What if there’s a problem with my order?

Contact us first. We’ll resolve it faster than any bank or payment dispute process.


Chargebacks & Disputes


What happens if I file a chargeback?

We strongly recommend contacting us first.

We actively dispute fraudulent or unnecessary chargebacks and provide:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Policy acceptance at checkout
  • Communication records

Most issues can be resolved faster by contacting us directly.
