Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility lies with the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number for assistance.

We are not responsible for shipments that may be lost due to acts of God or acts of War.
This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or unforeseen global disruptions that may impact shipping routes and delivery services.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. RaGa Wear is not responsible for delays or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
