This policy applies to all purchases made from RaGa Wear.
All items are made-to-order. As a result, we do not operate a traditional return system.

- Force majeure events

No Physical Returns
RaGa Wear does not accept physical returns.
Any items sent back without prior written authorization will either be donated (see below) or not be received, processed, or refunded.
Refund Window
You may request a refund within 3 days of confirmed delivery.
Requests submitted outside this window are not eligible.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags
- In original packaging
- Supported by valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or matching transaction record)
RaGa Wear reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet these conditions.
Donation-Based Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, you agree to complete the following:
Donate the item to a verified charitable organization, including but not limited to:
- Homeless shelters
- Women’s shelters
- The Salvation Army
- Registered nonprofit organizations
Required Proof
You must provide:
- A clear photo of the donated item
- A visible date/time reference
- A receipt or confirmation from the organization (when available)
Refunds are issued only after donation proof is reviewed and approved.
RaGa Wear reserves the right to request additional verification.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide time-stamped photos and a description
Approved claims may result in:
- Replacement item
- Full refund
- Store credit
At our discretion.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods
- Perishable items
- Hazardous or flammable materials
Exchanges
We generally do not offer direct exchanges.
To replace an item:
- Submit a refund request with a detailed explanation - upon approval
- Complete the donation process (if approved)
- Place a new order
- The difference in item price will be refunded if cheaper than the original cost. In the case that a prince change increased the cost, we will sell it to you at the previous price - that requires specific handling via our customer service department.
European Union Customers
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers may have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
Where required by law, RaGa Wear will comply with EU regulations.
Refund Processing
Once donation proof is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing time: up to 10 business days
- Additional time may be required by financial institutions
If 15 business days pass after approval without receipt, contact us.
Chargebacks & Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to contact RaGa Wear first to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback.
Agreement & Acknowledgment

- You understand that no physical returns are accepted

Fraud Prevention
